AG Care is a growing Canadian brand that makes products that work, creates foundations for healthy hair and gives back. And we have an exciting opportunity for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team!

We’ve recently launched our new brand identity, introduced sustainable, refillable packaging and are now 100% vegan – now we need a growth marketing expert to help us spread the word.

The opportunity for you

Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce, you will lead demand generation across AG.CARE and online marketplaces (Amazon). Responsible for leading paid media planning and execution, growing the AG affiliate program, and managing third-party marketplace channels, this role is an exciting opportunity to drive acquisition, sales and retention.

The ideal candidate has experience in the development and execution of generating revenue using SEM, paid social, programmatic advertising, affiliate programs, and email marketing. You will manage budgets, analyze performance, generate actionable insights, and drive a targeted approach to acquisition while meeting ROAS and sales targets.

With a flexible hybrid work schedule, AG works hybrid with office time spent in our state-of-the-art facility. This position is open to remote candidates, but priority will be given to candidates based in the Greater Vancouver area. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee and drive full-funnel growth activities
  • Plan, develop and execute paid marketing initiatives that engage and convert
  • Leverage digital methodologies and tools required to deliver efficient and profitable campaigns
  • Oversee media buying strategy, campaign creation, optimization, and testing to achieve KPI target for assigned platform
  • Lead the right balance between acquisition channels to maximize results
  • Fuel pipeline and revenue growth by meeting or exceeding monthly targets
  • Use analytical skills to set measurable goals and evaluate campaign efficacy to optimize results
  • Monitor KPIs, manage reports and dashboards 
  • Build good working relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders and agencies
  • Coordinate new online marketplace launches
  • Manage day-to-day optimization and advertising initiatives on Amazon
  • Stay current with new advances in paid digital marketing, the competitive landscape, and vendor capabilities

What you offer

  • Completion of a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3+ years of demand generation experience in B2C environments
  • A strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Experience in digital campaign strategy: planning budgets, determining platforms & targets
  • Knowledge in Google Analytics, Shopify and Klaviyo an asset
  • Project management experience
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of quality
  • Agency and Amazon experience a strong asset
