- How often can Nourish mask be used?
- Depending on the needs of your hair, Nourish can be used in the shower to replace your conditioner or in addition to conditioner for a more intense treatment. Nourish can also be used out of the shower with a cap for 10-30 mins, let sit overnight or under a heat source for deeper penetration. Timing would depend on your hair needs. We recommend rinsing with lukewarm water so that the nutrients stay within the hair. Nourish can be used 2-3 times per week and then weekly, to every other week for maintenance.
