Q. Will Fast Food conditioner weigh my hair down?
A. No. Apply a small amount of this lightweight formula to clean, damp hair and comb through⎯do not rinse, and dry as normal.

A: Our bottles can easily be rinsed, dried and used multiple times!

Q: Are refill pouches recyclable?
A: AG pouches are not currently recyclable due to an inner layer required to protect the stability of AG formulas. However, the caps are recyclable and our pouches use 73% less plastic and take 62% less energy to produce than our previous litre bottles leaving a smaller footprint and generating fewer CO2 emissions.

Good product but frozen when shipped

"Great product. I've been using it for a while. Always bought individual bottles from my stylist but decided to order from your website. The refillable bag was frozen solid when it arrived. I had to let it thaw. You indicated that your QC did testing on this but the consistency appears to be not as thick as the bottle. In any case, I am using it and am overall pleased with it."
