A. No, Vita C does not contain keratin.

Q. Can I use Vita C conditioner on keratin treated hair?
A. Vita C conditioner is free from drying sulfates and is safe to use on keratin treated hair.

Q. What makes AG formulas unique?

Q: Should refill pouches be shaken before use?
A: We recommend shaking the pouch before refilling as its natural ingredients can occasionally cause separation.

A: Our refill pouches will fill our aluminum 12oz bottle 2.8 times, our 10oz shampoos 3.2 times and our 8oz conditioners 4.1 times!

Q: What is the shelf life of the 1L refill pouch after it’s been open?
A: 12 months.

Q: How do I extend the life of my bottles to reuse as long as possible?
A: Our bottles can easily be rinsed, dried and used multiple times!

Q: Are refill pouches recyclable?
A: AG pouches are not currently recyclable due to an inner layer required to protect the stability of AG formulas. However, the caps are recyclable and our pouches use 73% less plastic and take 62% less energy to produce than our previous litre bottles leaving a smaller footprint and generating fewer CO2 emissions.

Q&A

I noticed that with the new repackaging the ingredients are listed in a different order than in the old product. Does this mean the proportion of ingredients is different? I am mainly concerned with how high fragrance is on the list when it used to be at the bottom (I am very sensitive to scents). And also that the hyaluronic acid is now at the very bottom when it used to be higher and that's an important factor to me since my hair needs all the moisture it can get.: Thank you for your question. Our Research and Development team has confirmed that the percentage of fragrance in Vita C conditioner is 1%, both in old and new packaging and no changes were made in the proportion of Sodium Hyaluronate; both old and new packaging contain 0.002%.
