HOW TO USE
Balance Shampoo: Massage into wet hair and rinse.
Fast Food Leave-On Conditioner: Apply a small amount to clean, damp hair and comb through ⎯ do not rinse and dry as normal.

A: Our refill pouches will fill our aluminum 12oz bottle 2.8 times, our 10oz shampoos 3.2 times and our 8oz conditioners 4.1 times!

Q: What is the shelf life of the 1L refill pouch after it’s been open?
A: 12 months.

Q: How do I extend the life of my bottles to reuse as long as possible?
A: Our bottles can easily be rinsed, dried and used multiple times!

Q: Are refill pouches recyclable?
A: AG pouches are not currently recyclable due to an inner layer required to protect the stability of AG formulas. The caps are recyclable and our pouches use 73% less plastic and take 62% less energy to produce than our previous litre bottles leaving a smaller footprint and generating fewer CO2 emissions.

"I really wanted to love these products! I bought this shampoo and conditioner hoping it would help my oily and sensitive scalp but I still need to wash my hair every day. . . I stopped using the conditioner as it leaves residue on my short hair and it already feel oily the next morning after washing my hair the night before. I would not recommend this combo for short oily hair. I'm disappointed."

better than expected

"i bought this conditioner as i’ve recently become very sensitive to many chemicals and fragrances. i use the balance shampoo and it works well for my sensitivities, so i thought this conditioner would do the job and smell the same. it smells different, and very good, like dessert actually! the fragrance is not overpowering and can be fully rinsed out of your hair. i even accidentally got it in my mouth and it didn’t taste bad. the conditioner is also fairly moisturizing and works well with my (short) curly hair, which i wasn’t expecting as i usually need to use hair-mask levels of conditioner. it doesn’t leave my scalp looking or feeling oily, just softer hair :) very happy with this product, a little goes a long way. will definitely be getting a refill once i need it!!!"

Great Clarifying Shampoo

"I used this as a clarifying shampoo and it was great! It’s gets rid of build up in the scalp - I typically use a volumizing mousse or oils throughout the week so this helps to ensure that there’s no excess build up. My scalp did feel more refreshed and less oily throughout the weeks. Overall i’d recommend to use this as a refresher throughout the week especially if you typically use other hair products."

Divine Product!

"Oh my goodness I am in love with this product! The smell is divine! I absolutely love that sweet apple and a hint of sour or tangy vinegar. This product feels silky as soon as you pump it out of the bottle. It lathers nicely and creates a soft and luscious foam like texture when water is added and you begin to rub it in. It washes out easily and doesn't leave behind and strange residue. The color is golden apple when you pump it out and the shine it leaves behind is as luxurious looking as any high end brand. There is a very soft and faint hint of apple smell when you wash it out and it smells like heaven. I will one hundred percent be purchasing this product again!"
