Q: Should refill pouches be shaken before use?
A: We recommend shaking the pouch before refilling as its natural ingredients can occasionally cause separation.

Q: How many bottles can the 1L refill pouch fill?
A: Our refill pouches will fill our aluminum 12oz bottle 2.8 times, our 10oz shampoos 3.2 times and our 8oz conditioners 4.1 times!

Q: What is the shelf life of the 1L refill pouch after it’s been open?
A: 12 months.

Q: How do I extend the life of my bottles to reuse as long as possible?
A: Our bottles can easily be rinsed, dried and used multiple times!

Q: Are refill pouches recyclable?
A: AG pouches are not currently recyclable due to an inner layer required to protect the stability of AG formulas. However, the caps are recyclable and our pouches use 73% less plastic and take 62% less energy to produce than our previous litre bottles leaving a smaller footprint and generating fewer CO2 emissions.

"I got the shampoo and conditioner SMOOTH series. I do like the lather and the way my hair feels afterwards. Gentle and moisturizing. I am a little tired if the smell though- the coconut is strong and nice once in a while but I think I'd prefer a more fresh scent. I need to explore another one because the smell is enough for me not to return to it. If you love coconut smell though this will not be an issue for you!"

Hydrating Coconut Scent Shampoo

"I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. Amazing hydrating shampoo! It gives enough lather without stripping the natural oils in your hair and moisturizing enough without making your hair feel heavy. It was easy to wash and did not leave a residue. The sweet scent of coconut is not too overpowering and it disappears once you add your conditioner with haircare products after. The packaging is compact enough to fit corners of your shower. The dispenser squeezes enough product. This is definitely a hydrating shampoo so if you have oily hair I would try a different shampoo as it won't feel like you really cleaned your hair like a clarifying shampoo would do."

"Been using this Argan and coconut smoothing shampoo lately and honestly it’s pretty nice , it makes my hair feel softer right after washing , and adds little shine , it not greasy at all , it’s not harsh on my hair . I love that it’s sulphate free , the scent is light and clean not too strong. It’s not some miracle product but for everyday use , it definitely keeps my hair looking smoother and more manageable."

"This argan and coconut Smoothing shampoo smells amazing! Think summer, sweet, fresh! A little goes a long way, so this bottle will definitely last. Shampoo leathers really well and leaves my hair feeling soft and manageable. I’m not sure how much of a difference in my shine and texture/frizziness has made, maybe used with the conditioner I would notice a bigger difference, which is what I was hoping for given the smoothing formula."

"I have a dry and fizzy hair. This is my favorite shampoo to add smoothing and moisturizer my dry and fizzy hair. It leather a d cleans hair very well. "The smooth Argan & coconut shampoo smells amazing. Its like cracking open a fresh coconut. The consistency is a little thick for my fine hair but it does the job of smoothing out and adding shine! I just need to rinse very well after using it. I've been using it for two weeks and notice a difference in my hair, I can blow dry without straightening and it looks very nice! It lathers nicely for an even distribution through the hair. Highly recommend this shampoo if your looking for a smoothing shampoo that makes hair shine!"

is it color safe?: Yes, all of our products are colour safe since we do not use Sodium Chloride in our formulas.
Would this be what is replacing the tech two shampoo? I have been using the tech two shampoo for over 20 years so to see this gone is sad.: Thank you for reaching out!
