A: Our refill pouches will fill our aluminum 12oz bottle 2.8 times, our 10oz shampoos 3.2 times and our 8oz conditioners 4.1 times!

Q: What is the shelf life of the 1L refill pouch after it’s been open?
A: 12 months.

Q: How do I extend the life of my bottles to reuse as long as possible?
A: Our bottles can easily be rinsed, dried and used multiple times!

Q: Are refill pouches recyclable?
A: AG pouches are not currently recyclable due to an inner layer required to protect the stability of AG formulas. However, the caps are recyclable and our pouches use 73% less plastic and take 62% less energy to produce than our previous litre bottles leaving a smaller footprint and generating fewer CO2 emissions.

"I have been loving the AG Care ULTRAMOIST Moisturizing Conditioner! It smells really nice and fresh without being too strong. The formula is nice and thick, so it feels super nourishing when you work it through your hair. After rinsing it out, my hair feels so soft, smooth, and moisturized without feeling heavy. "I have using this product quite some time now . I am impressed with the product. It lather up very evenly and i dont have to apply a lot !! The texture is thick but very smooth . The smell is amazing very subtle and beautiful. Easy to rinse and my hair feels soft , tangle free and smooth also it doesn't leave any residue afterwards."

"Scent is very strong on this one so I would advise on smelling it before purchase. It’s a nice thick consistency, but the bottle makes it VERY difficult to get out. It’s a decent conditioner but the packaging annoyed me for this price point."

"I like it, it's not too watery and not too thick, comes out smoothly. The smell is lovely. I had to comb a bit more well because I have thick coily/ curly hair. It does add a glossy look to my hair while still feeling soft. Oh also the packaging is nothing fancy just the product in the box with some wraps."

"I was pleasantly surprised, my hair is quite dry naturally so I need a thick conditioner in order for it to be manageable. It was a nice thick consistency and it smelled really good. I think for the price point it’s a great option. I haven’t noticed breakage but I’m very strict with minimizing heat damage and using heat protection anyway."

"Let me first start with the packaging - it’s simple, straightforward, easy to use and easy to dispense and I love the colour of the label. The conditioner feels thick and creamy and a little goes a long way (I have thick frizzy hair and find I use double with my everyday conditioner). The scent is delicious, it reminds me of jelly beans or some sort of candy but as you wash it out it doesn’t linger in the hair as much (from what I noticed in my hair). The conditioner leaves my hair feeling soft, shiny, my waves and curls a bit more defined and less frizzy."
